摘 要:玻璃态合金是一种内部原子排列不存在长程有序的合金,由于具备高强韧性、耐腐蚀性以及优良的磁性而受到广泛应用。采用数值仿真结合引入绝热模型的研究方法对典型玻璃态合金Fe40Ni40P14B6切削过程的变形状态和切屑生成两方面进行分析,结果表明切削过程中初始绝热变形和周期性载荷促使切削区域形成局部剪切带而产生片层状切屑。采用微型PCD刀具在微切削条件下进行切削试验,借助无线测力系统采集切削过程中的载荷作用情况,并通过高速摄影机监测刀具工作状态。拾取切削过程中微型切屑样品,借助SEM观测分析切屑的亚微观形貌特征,试验结果与数值仿真结果相近,从而揭示微切削条件下玻璃态合金的切削特性及切屑形成机理。研究数据可为微型刀具的开发提供借鉴。Amorphous alloy is a metal alloy with irregular internal arrangement of atoms.It is widely used due to its high strength,toughness corrosion resistance,and excellent magnetic properties.At first,the state of deformation and chip formation are analyzed with the methods of numerical simulation combined with the introduction of adiabatic model during the cutting process of typical amorphous alloy Fe40Ni40P14B6.The result show that the initial adiabatic deformation and cyclic loading in the cutting process lead to the formation of local shear bands in the cutting area and product the lamellar chips.Then,the micro PCD tool is used for cutting experiments under micro-cutting conditions.The load function in the cutting process is collected by means of the wireless measuring system.Moreover,the working state of the tool is monitored by high-speed camera.At last,the micro-chip samples are collected,experimental results similar to the results of numerical simulation by means of the SEM to observe and analysis the submicroscopic morphology characteristics.It reveals the cutting characteristics and chip formation mechanism of amorphous alloy under micro cutting condition.The research data can provide reference for the development of micro tool.
