摘 要:通过对重庆市东中西三个乡镇的乡村妇女基本文化技能现状的实证调查发现,当前乡村妇女读写能力和数字能力总体良好,但科技社会的问题解决能力较为缺乏。不同背景的乡村妇女的基本文化技能差异较大,其中,年龄、文化程度及其父母的文化程度对乡村妇女的基本文化技能有显著影响。当前乡村妇女基本文化技能存在内外两方面的问题。基于统计分析和田野调查,建议加强相关政策建设以保障乡村妇女的受教育权益,创造良好的外部环境以支持乡村妇女学习和发展,提升妇女的精神世界以激发乡村妇女主动学习意愿。Through the empirical investigation on the status quo of rural women’s basic cultural skills in three villages in Chongqing,it is found that rural women are generally good in reading,writing and number,but relatively weak in solving problems of science and technology society.The basic cultural skills of rural women with different background are quite different,which are significantly influenced by their age,education level and their father’s education level.At present,there are internal and external problems in rural women’s basic cultural skills.Based on statistical analysis and field investigation,it is suggested to strengthen relevant policy construction to protect rural women’ rights and interests in education,create a good external environment to support rural women in learning and development,promote rural women’s spirituality to motivate active learning.
