高校成人教育的优化路径——基于学习者学习需求的视角

摘　　要：成人教育是高校继续教育的主要形式,也是终身教育系统不可或缺的一环。其发展受到国家政策的支持。目前,国家倡导“以学习者为中心”的教育理念。因此,满足学习者的学习需求,就成为高校成人教育未来的发展方向。文中对成人学习者的学习需求进行了问卷调查,希望调查结论能够为高校成人教育的优化提供有益的参考。Adult education is not only the main form of continuing education in colleges and universities,but also an indispensable part of lifelong education system.Its development is supported by national policies.At present,the state advocates the“learner-centered”educational concept.Therefore,satisfying learners'learning needs will become the future development direction of adult education in colleges and universities.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the learning needs of adult learners in the hope that the survey conclusion can provide beneficial reference for the optimization of adult education in colleges and universities.
