房水中Sema3A表达与新生血管性青光眼患者眼压水平、细胞因子生成的相关性

摘　　要：目的 研究房水中信号素3A(Sema3A)表达与新生血管性青光眼(NVG)患者眼压水平、细胞因子生成的相关性。方法 回顾性选择2015年3月至2019年3月期间在沧州市人民医院诊断为NVG并行手术治疗的64例患者作为NVG组,同期接受白内障手术的50例患者作为对照组。检测对照组与NVG组房水中Sema3A的表达量,分析NVG组中不同分级患者Sema3A表达。以Sema3A的表达量表达量中位数为分界线分为Sema3A低表达和Sema3A高表达,比较Sema3A低表达组和Sema3A高表达组的眼压水平,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)的含量。结果 NVG组患者房水中Sema3A的表达水平明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),且血管新生分级越高,房水中Sema3A的表达水平越高(P <0. 05);NVG组中Sema3A高表达患者的眼压水平及房水中VEGF、TGF-β1、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的含量明显高于Sema3A低表达患者(P <0. 05)。结论 NVG患者房水中Sema3A表达增多与眼压升高、血管新生相关细胞因子增多有关。Objective To study the correlation between the expression of Sema3A in aqueous humor and the intraocular pressure,cytokine production in patients with neovascular glaucoma(NVG).Methods 64 patients diagnosed as NVG in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2019 were selected as NVG group and 50 patients undergoing cataract surgery were selected as control group.The expression of Sema3A in the aqueous humor of the control group and the NVG group was detected,and the expression of Sema3A in patients with different grades in the NVG group was analyzed.The median expression of Sema3A was used as the dividing line,including Sema3A low expression and Sema3A high expression.The intraocular pressure levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)content were compared.Results The expression level of Sema3A in aqueous humor of NVG group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the higher the grade of angiogenesis,the higher the expression level of Sema3A in NVG group(P<0.05).The intraocular pressure level and the contents of VEGF,TGF-β1,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 of patients with high expression of Sema3A in NVG group were significantly higher than those with low expression of Sema3A(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Sema3A in aqueous humor of NVG patients increases and correlates with increasing intraocular pressure and elevated angiogenesis related cytokines.
