摘  要:上转换发光材料具有标记信号稳定、抗干扰性强、便于修饰改造等优点,近年来成为食品检测技术研究领域的热点。该文针对近几年上转换发光技术在国内食品污染物检测领域的最新应用研究进行综述,着重介绍掺杂镧系稀土元素的上转换材料与其他新兴材料结合,构建新型发光识别系统,应用于食源性致病菌、生物毒素、小分子有机污染物和重金属等检测的研究动态。通过对该技术在国内发展现状的分析,提出发展趋势和方向,为相关研究的开展、深入和进一步应用提供参考。Upconversion luminescent materials(UCLMs) have many advantages,such as stable labeling signal,strong anti-interference,easy modification,and so on. In recent years,UCLMs have become a hot spot in the field of food detection research. In this paper,the latest applications of upconversion luminescence technology(UCLT)in the detection of food pollutants in China in recent years were reviewed. Upconversion materials doped with lanthanide rare earth elements combined with other new materials were studies in recent years to construct a new luminescence recognition system,which can be applied to the detection of food-borne pathogens,biotoxins,small molecular organic pollutants and heavy metals. By summarizing the development status of this technology in China,the developing trends and direction were put forward,which can provide reference for the evolving,deepening and further application of related researches.
