摘　　要：区域法治是人类一项古老而常新的政治法律活动,是国家法治的有机组成部分,是国家法治创新活动的区域生动实践。区域法治与国家法治价值相通、目标一致、共存共融、共进共赢。作为一个跨学科的崭新概念,区域法治已经成为法治国家建设领域的全新论题,加强区域法治的学术研究,厘清区域法治的科学内涵,全面准确阐释区域法治的基本要义,对于推进新时代法学理论创新、助力法治中国建设具有重要意义。为此,要从深层次上把握"区域法治"这一概念的沿革、内涵和意义,依照学术规律展现法学的实践品格,有效推动区域法治的知识创新,回答区域法治研究中的新挑战新问题,更大程度上凝聚区域法治概念和理念的共识,彰显自身理论特色,提炼出具有学理性、时代性的概念和理论,回应、阐释和引领当代中国区域法治实践,推动新时代中国特色社会主义法治理论创新发展。Regional rule of law is an ancient but continuously updating political and legal practice,is an organic part of the national rule of law,and is the innovative realization of national rule of law.Regional rule of law and national rule of law share common value and goal;they coexist,integrate,promote and benefit each other.As a interdisciplinary concept,regional rule of law is a new topic in the field of state-building of rule of law.To further promote the theoretical innovation of law science and enhance the state building of rule of law in china in the new era,it is of great significance to strengthen the academic research of regional rule of law,clarifying the scientific connotation and illustrating the basic essence.It is imperative to conduct indepth study of the evolution,meanings and elements of regional rule of law,displaying the practical character of law science,fostering academic innovation,responding to the new challenges and problems,and building consensus on the core concept.The research should highlight its own theoretical characteristics,refine the concepts and theories with academic principles and time nature,so as to lead and advance the practice of regional rule of law in contemporary China,and promote the theoretical innovation and development of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
