摘　　要：目的:探讨腹膜后囊性淋巴管瘤的疾病特点,提高对腹膜后囊性淋巴管瘤的诊治水平。方法:报告1例腹膜后囊性淋巴管瘤患者的临床资料,并对其临床特点及影像学表现进行回顾性分析。结果:患儿男性4岁,因腹痛3 d入院。查体:双肾区无隆起,皮肤无红肿,卧位及坐位双肾均为触及,腹平坦,左侧腹压痛,轻度肌卫,可扪及约12 cm×12 cm大小包块,质中,边界欠清,不易推动,压痛明显。行开腹左侧腹膜后肿物切除术。术后病理诊断:腹膜后囊性淋巴管瘤。术后随访3年,未见复发。结论:结合既往文献对该病的流行病学、临床表现、诊断、治疗等方面进行分析。腹膜后囊性淋巴管瘤是较罕见的良性病变,但其生长方式具有侵袭性,治疗方式有多种,手术完整切除病灶是治疗该病的有效方法,复发率较低,预后较好。Objective:To discuss the disease characteristics of retroperitoneal cystic lymphangioma and to improve the diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal cystic lymphangioma.Methods:Clinical data of 1 case of retroperitoneal cystic were reported,and image findings were retrospective analyzed.Results:A 4-year-old male was admitted to hospital for 3 days due to abdominal pain.Physical examination:there was no bulge in the bilateral kidney area,no redness and swelling in the skin,both in the supine position and in the sitting position,both the kidneys were touched,the abdomen was flat,with left abdominal tenderness and slight muscular guard.A lump of about 12 cm×12 cm was palpable,with unclear quality and boundary,not easy to push and tenderness was obvious.Resection of left retroperitoneal mass was performed.Postoperative pathological diagnosis:retroperitoneal cystic lymphangioma.Follow-up for 3 years showed no recurrence.Conclusion:The epidemiology,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of the disease were analyzed in combination with previous literature.Retroperitoneal cystic lymphangioma is a rare benign lesion,but its growth pattern is aggressive,and there are many kinds of treatment methods.Complete resection of the lession is an effective method for the treatment of the disease.There recurrence rate is low and the prognosis is better.
