摘　　要：诚信作为立身、立业之本,是建构现代商业伦理的基础与核心。中华民族的诚信精神源于儒家源远流长的“诚信”观——“诚”“信”“敬”“忠”“直”“慎独”等范畴,这些范畴的多义性使得儒家诚信观具有多维度的含义:基于天人关系的超越义、基于人与自我关系的心性义、基于人与社会关系的社会义。“诚信”之三义保证了儒家诚信文化的价值之源、心理根基、现实落实,从而在天人关系、身心关系、社会关系、经济关系等方面全方位地维系着人的身心健康、社会和谐、经济有序及人与自然生态的良性互动。挖掘儒家传统中“诚信”文化的资源,对于更好地建构新时代的商业伦理具有重要的启示意义。As the foundation of bearing oneself and making achievements,integrity plays the basic and crucial role in constructing modern business ethics.The integrity spirit of the Chinese nation originates from the Confucian view of“honesty and faith”,which includes“honesty”,“faith”,“respect”,“loyalty”,“straight”,“self-restraining in privacy”and other categories.The polysemy of these categories endows the Confucian sense of integrity a multidimensional connotation,such as transcendental meaning based on relation between heaven and man,the psychological meaning based on relation between man and self-relation,and the social meaning based on relation between man and society.The three dimension of“honesty and faith”guarantee the source of value,the psychological foundation and the reality of the Confucian culture of integrity,and then maintain the healthy physical and mental health,social harmony,economic order and human and natural ecological interaction in the relationship between heaven and man,physical and mental relations,social relations,economic relations and so on comprehensively.It is of great significance to excavate the resources of"honesty"culture in Confucian tradition for the construction of business ethics in the new era.
