摘　　要：根据伊犁哈萨克自治州哈萨克族女性领导干部领导力调查数据,以哈萨克族女性领导干部为例,分析哈萨克族女性领导干部的现状、优势及影响其领导力的因素,并提出了哈萨克族女性领导干部领导力的提升路径。According to the survey data of Kazak female leading cadres in Kazak Autonomous Prefecture of Ili, taking Kazakh women leading cadres as an example, the current situation, advantages of Kazakh women leading cadres, and factors affecting their leadership are analyzed, and the path of improving the leadership of Kazakh women leading cadres is proposed.
