摘  要:教学角色社会化是中学教师首要并重点实现的社会角色,角色社会化对新入职体育教师阶段属于其整个教学生涯和专业发展的起始阶段,也属于教师教学角色社会化的奠基阶段和认知阶段。不仅对于新入职体育教师的自身发展有重大的意义,同时对于学校体育教师队伍的梯队建设具有重要的影响。所以说,学校对于新入职体育教师在这一阶段教学过程中出现的问题,要逐步重视并加以解决。The socialization of teaching role is the f irst and most important social role of middle school teachers.The socialization of the role belongs to the beginning stage of the whole teaching career and professional development of the newly recruited physical education t eachers,a nd a lso belongs to t he foundation s tage a nd cognitive s tage of the socialization of teaching role of teachers.It not only has great signif icance for the development of the newly employed PE teachers,but also has an important inf luence on the echelon construction of the school PE teachers.Therefore,the school should pay attention to the newly employed physical education teachers in this stage of the teaching process,gradually pay attention to and solve the problems.
