The “One-Four-Six-Five” Mode and Path of Integrating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education into Professional Practice Teaching

摘  要:创新创业教育有机融入专业实践教学“一四六五”模式,即围绕一个中心任务,将创新创业教育有机融入专业实践教学的四个主要方面,打造和利用好专业实践教学的六个主要平台,实现五个真正到位。这就要求加强对师生的创新创业理念教育,强化氛围营造;做好专业实践教学的顶层设计;建立健全校院两级创新创业教育组织机构;打造分层次、多样化实践教学平台;建设一支多元化师资队伍;做好相关服务,提供后勤保障等。基本路径包括转变思想,引领行动;多方协同,凝聚资源;挖掘潜能,发挥优势;引入走出,开拓视野;强化顶岗,加强感知;注重总结,逐渐提高。Innovation and entrepreneurship education should be organically integrated into the professional practice teaching in the mode of "one-four-six-five", specifically, that is to center on one major task, and organically integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into four aspects and build six main platforms for professional practice teaching to achieve five real implementations. This requires strengthening the education of both teachers and students in the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship, and strengthening the atmosphere for them. Besides, a sound top design is quite necessary for professional practice teaching. Other measures like to establish and improve the organization of school and university levels for innovation and entrepreneurship education, to build a multi-level and diversified practical teaching platform, to build a teaching faculty of diversified structures, to provide related services and logistic support are equally important. The basic paths includes leading actions with transformed thoughts, pooling resources by multiple coordination, giving full play to advantages by exploiting potential,broadening the horizon by exchanges, strengthening perception by insuring internship, and gradual improving by summarizing experiences.
