我国体育产业人才培养的主要问题及其原因分析

摘　　要：从理论层面探讨了当前我国体育产业人才培养存在的培养方向设定不合理、实施过程不顺畅、培养的支撑及保障不到位等主要问题,并从体育产业发展与人才培养、教育自身规律、学科基础和资源保障等角度探究了问题产生的原因。The paper theoretically discusses the problems in sports talent training in China,such as unreasonable setting of development direction,non-smooth implementation process and lack of support and assurance and it analyzes the causes for the problems in terms of the development of sports industry and personnel training,education laws,discipline foundation and resources security.
