摘　　要：随着经济全球化的不断推进,我国同国际社会的往来日益密切,因此为我国的国际交流提供人才血液的外语文化教育显得尤为重要。多媒体技术作为一种全新的信息传播技术能够实现信息形象及多向的传递。将多媒体技术作为一种辅助手段用于外语文化教学是现代教育的必然趋势,因此本文从多媒体技术的概念出发,研究了其基本特征并用对照实验的方法对多媒体技术在提高外语教学质量方面的效果进行了对比分析。With the continuous promotion of economic globalization,China's exchanges with the international community are increasingly close,so it is particularly important to provide foreign language cultural education with the blood of talents for China's international exchanges.As a new information communication technology,multimedia technology can realize information image and multi-directional transmission.It is an inevitable trend of modern education to use multimedia technology as an auxiliary means in foreign language culture teaching.Therefore,this paper starts from the concept of multimedia technology,studies its basic characteristics and makes a comparative analysis of the effects of multimedia technology in improving the quality of foreign language teaching by means of comparative experiments.
