摘 要:针对传统可配置环形振荡器物理不可克隆函数(RO-PUF)因可配置路径简单导致可靠性和唯一性不高的不足,基于RO-PUF的延迟特性提出了一种分组可配置RO-PUF设计方案.重新设计了RO结构,使RO-PUF的可配置路径更加灵活,增加了激励响应对(CRPs)的数量;同时,在RO-PUF结构中引入轻量级SPONGENT哈希算法,使激励与响应之间的映射方式更加复杂,防止攻击者通过获取CRPs建立模型攻击,增强了RO-PUF安全性;最后在Xilinx公司的Spartan系列FPGA芯片上实现该设计方案,并对实验结果进行了对比分析.结果表明,基于RO分组的可配置RO-PUF平均可靠性可达98.88%,唯一性可达49.14%.A traditional configurable ring oscillator physical unclonable function(RO-PUF) is proposed to be a group configurable RO-PUF based on the delay characteristics of RO-PUF due to the configurable path simplicity resulting in low reliability and uniqueness. The design scheme redesigned the RO structure to make the configurable path of the RO-PUF more flexible and increase the number of excitation response pairs(CRPs);at the same time, the lightweight SPONGENT hash algorithm is introduced into the RO-PUF structure, which makes the mapping between excitation and response more complicated, preventing attackers from establishing model attacks by acquiring CRPs and enhancing RO-PUF security. Finally, the design scheme is implemented on Xilinx Spartan series FPGA chip, and the experimental results are compared and analyzed. The results show that the average reliability of configurable RO-PUF based on RO group can reach 98.88% and the uniqueness can reach 49.14%.
