摘 要:使用纤维素酶和木聚糖酶(酶活比9:1)组成总酶活为10U/mL的复合酶液,以桉木浆为原料在50℃水解12h,获得平均长度约625nm、平均直径50nm的棒状纳米晶纤维素(NCC)。以所制备的NCC为原料,采用真空抽滤法获得了透明柔性NCC膜,其弹性模量为8178MPa,抗张强度为33MPa,透光度为90.86%,裂断应变为99%,表明NCC膜具有良好的力学性能和透光性,可用作柔性器件的基底材料。然后,进一步在NCC中加入气敏材料纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)胶体,采用真空抽滤法获得了TiO2/NCC复合膜。研究结果表明,添加少量TiO2(1%、2%、4%)的TiO2/NCC复合膜依然具有良好的透光度(90%以上)与物理性能(弹性模量4906MPa、抗张强度37MPa、裂断应变45%)。在室温下,TiO2/NCC复合膜对氨气具有气敏响应,以及良好的选择性和稳定性。这些研究结果为制备高性能的TiO2/NCC可穿戴气敏传感器的进一步研究奠定了良好基础。Using eucalyptus pulp as raw material,a composite enzyme composed of cellulase and xylanase(enzyme concentration ratio of 9∶1)with the total enzyme concentration of 10U/mL was used to prepare nanocrystalline cellulose(NCC).The NCCs with the average length of 625nm and diameter of 50nm were obtained under the composite enzymatic hydrolysis for 12hat 50℃.Subsequently,the transparent NCC film was obtained by the vacuum filtration method using the prepared NCC as raw material.The obtained performance indexes of the NCC film were as follows:the elastic modulus is 8178MPa,tensile stress is 33 MPa,the transmittance is 90.86%,and the strain at break is 99%,indicating that the NCC film has good mechanical properties and transmittance.Furthermore,the NCC was mixed with the gas-sensing nano-titanium dioxide(TiO2)colloid,and the TiO2/NCC composite film was obtained by the vacuum filtration method.The study results show that the TiO2/NCC composite films with the small addition of TiO2(TiO2content of 1%,2% and 4%)still have good transmittance(greater than 90%)and physical properties(elastic modulus of 4906MPa,tensile strength of 37MPa,elongation at break of 45%).Moreover,the TiO2/NCC composite film has a gas-sensitive response to ammonia gas at room temperature,as well as good selectivity and stability.These results lay a solid foundation for the future research on wearable gas sensors based on developed TiO2/NCC composite films.
