摘　　要：教育体制改革的不断深化以及终身教育的大力提倡,使高校图书馆逐渐成为素质教育的基地。近年来,高校图书馆的图书利用率持续走低,严重制约了高校图书馆的发展。简述了影响高校图书馆图书利用率的因素,提出了应对策略。高校图书馆只有更新观念,加强管理,才能激发读者需求,真正做到以人为本,以书育人,努力营造"多读书,读好书"的气氛,更好地发挥图书馆的职能。With the deepening of the reform of education system and the vigorous promotion of lifelong education, the university library had gradually became the quality education base. In recent years, the utilization rate of books in the university library was low, this seriously restricted the development of university library. This paper briefly introduced the factors that affect the book utilization rate of university library and put forward the countermeasures. Only by renewing the concept and strengthening the management, the university library could stimulate the readers’ demand, make people-oriented and educate people with books.The university library should create the atmosphere of "reading more books and reading good books", giving full play to the function of library.
