从太极文化中透视家族企业管理模式的转型之道

摘　　要：太极文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,通过太极文化的管理思维,能够透视家族企业管理模式的问题,从而帮助家族企业在管理过程中转型升级。管理者要善于协调各种问题与矛盾,采取太极文化中以柔克刚与刚柔相济的方式,实现企业内部的平衡与和谐。在运用太极文化开展家族企业的管理时,要针对家族性企业的实际情况。在管理实践中,太极文化强调的刚柔相济以及阴阳和谐理念,正是家族企业在平衡内部管理体系时可以采用的管理理念,企业的管理者也需要保持更加清晰的管理思路,不偏重血缘关系的企业管理干部,实现企业管理全面优化,最终促进家族企业管理模式的转型升级。Tai Chi Culture is a significant component of traditional culture of China.One could have an insight into the management mode used in the family business in accordance with the management thought existed in Tai Chi Culture,which can effectively assist the family business in transforming and upgrading its mode during the management process.The manager shall flexibly coordinate various problems and contradictions,learning from the handling methods of“conquering the unyielding with the yielding”and“exercising a combination of the unyielding and yielding”inspired by Tai Chi Culture,so that the internal balance and harmony can be achieved in the enterprise.The management of the family business using the Tai Chi Culture shall be conducted based on the actual conditions of familial enterprises.The concepts,such as“exercising a combination of the unyielding and yielding”and“Harmony of Yin and Yang”,which emphasized by Tai Chi Culture in management practice are exactly the management philosophy adopted in balancing the interior management system by family business.Manager of the enterprise still needs to maintain a more explicit thought in management solution,he/she shall never lay particular stress on enterprise managers with kinship.The comprehensive optimization of enterprise management shall be implemented to promote the transformation and upgrading of family enterprise management mode.
