摘　　要：本文在总结领导力文献的基础上提出了分享型领导的概念。认为分享型领导是介于集中式领导和分布式领导之间的一种领导方式。分享型领导是领导者主动与员工分享企业利润、福利等利益,并鼓励下属员工主动参与企业日常决策的过程。分享型领导包括利益分享和决策分享两个维度。通过实证分析第八次全国私营企业调查获得的全国代表性数据发现,利益分享和决策分享都能显著提升企业的创新绩效。但是随着企业的成长,利益分享对于企业创新绩效的正面影响会减弱,而决策分享对企业创新绩效的促进作用会增强。企业股权集中度可以显著减弱利益分享对于企业创新绩效的正面作用。本文为拓展领导力概念,以及深入理解领导力与企业创新绩效的关系做出了贡献。Based on existing literature review on leadership, this paper proposes a new construct-sharing leadership, which is an integrated concept of centralized and distributed leadership. Sharing leadership is a process during which leaders proactively share enterprise profits and benefits with employees, and encourage subordinates to participate in firm daily decision making. There are two dimensions in sharing leadership: interests sharing and decision making sharing. Drawing on a representative sample of private enterprises from the eighth Chinese Private Enterprise Survey(CPES), it is found that interests sharing and decision making sharing can both significantly improve the innovation performance of enterprises. However, as enterprises grow, the positive impact of interests sharing on innovation performance decreases while the positive impact of decision making sharing on innovation performance increases. The concentration of enterprise ownership can significantly reduce the positive effect of interests sharing on innovation performance. This paper makes contributions to the literature on leadership and the relationship between leadership and enterprise innovation performance.
