摘 要:创新是企业赢得竞争优势的重要手段,依托现有产品技术开发适配性的服务成为制造业服务化转型的关键。从产品技术生命周期视角出发并结合A-U模型,以中国全地面起重机为案例探索产品技术创新与服务创新的关系,进而探究了服务创新轨道演化规律。研究表明:两类创新相辅相济,是装备制造业实现可持续发展的动力;不同阶段的产品技术决定了差异性的服务创新内容,更高技术含量的产品可承载的服务内容越丰富;两类创新轨道影响着制造企业转型战略思维的转变。研究结论丰富了制造业服务创新内涵,可为中国制造企业制定服务创新战略提供理论指导。Innovation is an important means for manufacturing firms to win competitive advantages. Relying on the existing product technology to develop adaptive services has become the key to the transformation of manufacturing services. This paper combines the product technology life cycle and A-U model to explore the relationship between technology innovation and service innovation of all-terrain crane in China, and then an evolution law of service innovation trajectory will be summed up. The study indicates that both of them complement each other and promote sustainable development of the equipment manufacturing industry. The content of service innovation depends on the stage of product technology. The higher the technical content of the product, the richer the service content. Two kinds of innovation trajectories affect the upgrading path of manufacturing firm service strategy. This paper contributes to enrich the connotation of service innovation in manufacturing industry, and provides essential theoretical references to manufacturing firms in China by suggesting how to formulate service innovation strategy.
