摘　　要：尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂-尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂受体(uPA-uPAR)系统是一种细胞外蛋白水解酶系统,该系统可激活纤溶酶,进而引发一系列蛋白水解级联反应,在肿瘤细胞的侵袭与转移中发挥重要作用。这为uPA-uPAR系统各组分成为多种恶性肿瘤的潜在预后生物标志物和治疗靶点提供了可能,本文主要介绍了近年来基于uPA-uPAR系统的恶性肿瘤诊断、治疗及预后评价策略。Urokinase-type plaminoge activator-urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor(uPA-uPAR)system is an extracellular proteolytic enzyme system and it is instrumental for the activation of plasminogen to plasmin,which can initiate a series of proteolytic cascade and play a crucial role in tumor cell migration and metastasis.The effect makes it possible to be a potential prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target in a wide range of human malignant tumors.This paper focuses on the current state of uPA-uPAR system in diagnostic,prognostic and therapeutic strategies for various malignancies.
