摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌患者的预后影响因素'方法回顾性分析2015年3月至2017年12月间北京友谊医院收治的181例结直肠癌患者的临床病理资料,并进行单因素及多因素预后分析。结果单因素分析结果发现:年龄(X^2=12.192,P=0.002)、AJCC分期(X^2=17.038,P=0.001)、手术入路(X^2=6.105,P=0.047)、术后血清癌胚抗原水平(X^2=10.081,P=0.001)及围手术期不良事件(X^2=6.736,P=0.009)均与预后有关。多因素分析结果发现:AJCC分期(Wald=8.104,P=0.044)和围手术期不良事件(Wald=7.656,P=0.006)是影响无复发生存期的独立危险因素。结论AJCC分期和围手术期不良事件是预测结直肠癌患者预后的独立危险因素.Objective To investigate prognostic factor in colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods The clinicopathologic characteristics and progression free survival(PFS)of 181 CRC patients treated from Mar 2015 to Dec 2017 was collected for analysis.Univariate and multivariate analysis were performed to screen for prognostic factors affecting prognosis.Results Univariate analysis found that age(X^2=12.192,P=0.002),AJCC staging(X^2=17.038,P=0.001),surgical approach(X^2=6.105,P=0.047),postoperative carcinoenibryonic antigen(X^2=10.081,P=0.001)and perioperative adverse events(X^2=6.736,P=0.009)were significantly associated with prognosis.Multivariate analysis found that AJCC staging(Wald=8.104,P=0.044)and perioperative adverse events(Wald=7.656,P=0.006)were independent risk factors for prognosis.Conclusions AJCC staging and perioperative adverse events can be used as independent risk factors for predicting prognosis in CRC patients.
