摘  要:国有企业组织部门肩负着在经济领域选贤任能、聚才育人的时代之责,年轻组工干部必须在思想上锤炼党性,在工作中锻炼本领,在困难中磨炼意志,着眼世界一流,聚焦主责主业,推动从严治党、人才强企等战略落地落实,支撑和引领企业高质量发展。The organizational departments of state-owned enterprises shoulder the responsibility of selecting talents in the economic field and their training.As the young cadres of the organizational departments,they must exercise their Party spirit in thought,exercise their ability in the work and hone their will in difficulties.They must aim at the world's best,focus on the main responsibility and main business,implement the strategy of governing the Party strictly and strengthening enterprises with talents,and support and lead the high-quality development of enterprises.
