摘 要:目的:分析乳腺癌新辅助化疗临床的病理完全缓解与雌孕激素表达的相关性。方法:选取我院2015年9月—2019年9月收治的40例行乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者作为对象,采用Elivision法分析患者化疗前后雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)表达,并对比前后差异;对患者化疗前后病理反应情况进行评估,分析雌激素受体、孕激素受体表达与患者化疗后病理完全缓解率(P C R)间的相关性。结果:40例乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗后其病理缓解率为75.00%,病理完全缓解率为5.00%;雌激素受体、孕激素受体表达在化疗后出现完全不同的变化,分别为7例(17.50%)、8例(20.00%),对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。雌激素受体、孕激素受体表达与新辅助化疗后病理完全缓解率之间无相关性。结论:乳腺癌患者在采用新辅助化疗后,仅有少数患者病理能完全缓解,并且不会对雌激素受体、孕激素受体表达造成影响,雌激素、孕激素受体表达均不能对新辅助化疗后病理完全缓解率进行评估。Objective To investigate the correlation between clinical efficacy and clinical features of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods A total of 40 neoadjuvant chemotherapy patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2019 were enrolled.The Elivision method was used to detect estrogen receptor(ER)in 40 breast cancer patients before and after chemotherapy.Progesterone receptor(PR)expression,and compare the differences between the two groups;evaluate the pathological response of patients before and after chemotherapy,analysis of estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor expression and pathological complete remission rate(PCR)after chemotherapy relevance.Results The pathological remission rate of 40 patients with breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy was 75.00%,and the pathological complete response rate was 5.00%.The expression of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor changed completely after chemotherapy.There were no statistically significant differences between the patients(17.50%)and 8 patients(20.00%)(P>0.05).There was no correlation between estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor expression and pathologic complete response rate after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Conclusion After neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients,only a few patients have complete pathological remission,and will not affect the expression of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor.Estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor expression can not be expressed.The pathological complete response rate after neoadjuvant chemotherapy was evaluated.
