摘  要:京津冀高等教育教学资源一体化是京津冀区域协同发展的必然要求。在京津冀协同发展背景下,探究高等教育教学资源一体化的具体含义与实质,并依据耦合理论、经济增长理论与三地总体差距的现状,提出京津冀高等教育一体化模式,即在课程资源、图书馆信息资源、教师资源、实验室资源以及实践基地资源等方面进行分层分类顶层设计、资源配置宏观调控和共性资源共建共享以及特色资源特立特等。In the background of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the study explores the connotation and the nature of the integration of higher education teaching resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on the special realistic conditions in the region and the differences between the three places,by means of coupling theory and the theory of economic growth,the study suggests the integration mode of making a top level design of hierarchical classification,taking a macro-control over resource allocation,co-constructing and sharing common resources,and particularly constructing characteristic resources.
