摘 要:有关供应链集成的经济绩效的研究已得到广泛关注,但一直以来,对其社会绩效的讨论较为缺乏。基于资源基础观和利益相关者理论,构建供应链集成度、信息技术能力和企业社会绩效之间的概念模型,并采用2012-2017年国内制造业上市企业的数据验证模型假设。研究发现:供应商集成度和销售商集成度的提升对企业社会绩效的提升有正向促进作用;信息技术能力对企业社会绩效有正向影响;在供应商和销售商集成度对企业社会绩效的正向影响中,信息技术能力起到正向的调节作用,且信息技术能力越强,正向调节作用越显著。Research on the economic performance of supply chain integration has been widely discussed, but there has been a lack of attention to its social performance. This paper builds a conceptual model between supply chain integration, information technology capabilities, and corporate social performance based on both the theory of resource-based view and stakeholder theory, and uses data of domestic manufacturing listed companies in 2012-2017 to validate model assumptions. The research found that: the improvement of supplier integration and seller integration has a positive effect on the improvement of corporate social performance;information technology capabilities have a positive correlation with social performance;IT capabilities play a role in regulating the relationship between supply chains integration and social performance. The stronger the information technology capabilities, the more significant the positive regulatory effect.
