摘  要:在全球青少年电子游戏等坐姿类用屏时间增多、身体活动水平下降的背景下,体感游戏正代表着一种顺势而为的健康促进新思路。从历史发展和概念界定层面而言,体感游戏的产生有着极强的身体活动促进目的性,学术界逐渐倾向于将体感游戏Exergame解读为Exertion与Game组合,更体现出对体感游戏促进身体活动固有性的充分认可。从心理作用机制层面而言,体感游戏通过激发青少年参与身体活动的动机、兴趣、自尊、自我效能和社会互动等心理因素,具有极佳的青少年身体活动促进效果。当前,为促进青少年身体活动,提高体感游戏覆盖时间和黏着度,以体感游戏为干预手段集中表现叙事化和体育课程化两种新动向。结合当前我国青少年体质健康状况以及他们对电子产品的依赖程度,体感游戏在我国的发展及其对青少年身体活动促进的重要作用尤其值得关注。In the context of screen time increasing and physical activity levels decreasing such as global youth video games,exergames represent a new way of health promotion. From the perspective of concept semantics,exergames are interpreted as a combination of exertion and game,which reflects the inherentity of exergames to promote physical activity. At the level of psychological mechanism,exergames play a role in promoting the physical activities of adolescents by stimulating the psychological mechanisms of adolescents’ motivation,interest,self-esteem,self-efficacy and social interaction. At present,in order to promote the physical activities of adolescents,exergames are used as an intervention to focus on two new trends of narrative and physical education curriculum. Combined with the current physique health status of Chinese adolescents and their dependence on electronic products,the development of exergames in China and their important role in the promotion of adolescent physical activity are particularly worthy of attention.
