摘  要:目的探讨3D打印结合数字化技术对脊柱肿瘤患者的影响。方法回顾性分析绵阳市骨科医院2015年3月~2018年4月收治的脊柱肿瘤患者90例,其中47例给予传统脊柱全节段切除及内固定术治疗(对照组);43例予以3D打印结合数字化技术下脊柱全节段切除及内固定术治疗(观察组)。记录两组围术期指标(手术时间、术中出血量、术中输血量、术后住院时间)、术后1个月内并发症发生情况及术后12个月神经功能恢复情况,比较两组术前及术后3个月、术后6个月、术后12个月功能障碍状况[Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)]差异,并利用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估术后疼痛改善程度。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术中输血量、术后住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,两组并发症发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后12个月时,观察组神经功能恢复情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术前后功能障碍状况(ODI评分)比较,术前>术后3个月>术后6个月>术后12个月,且观察组术后各时间点ODI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后各时间点VAS评分降低幅度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印结合数字化技术下脊柱全节段切除及内固定术治疗脊柱肿瘤效果显著,能促进功能障碍及疼痛减轻,改善术后神经功能恢复情况,于脊柱稳定性重建具有重要作用。Objective To explore the effects of 3 D printing combined with digitization technology on patients with spinal tumors.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of patients with spinal tumors of 47 cases with traditional spine total segmental resection and internal fixation(control group)and 43 cases with 3 D printing combined with digitization technology for total spine segmental resection and internal fixation(observation group)in our hospital.Perioperative indicators(operative time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative blood transfusion,postoperative hospital stay),occurrence of complications within 1 month after surgery and neurological function recovery at 12 months after surgery were recorded in the two groups.The dysfunction status[Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)]was compared between the two groups before surgery and at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after surgery,and the improvement of postoperative pain degree was evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS).Results The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative blood transfusion and postoperative hospital stay in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of complications between the two groups at 1 month after surgery(P>0.05).At 12 months after surgery,the recovery of neurological function in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).The dysfunction status(ODI score)before and after surgery in the two groups showed before surgery>at 3 months after surgery>at 6 months after surgery>at 12 months after surgery(P<0.05),and the score of ODI at each time point after surgery in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The decrease of VAS score at each time point after surgery in observation group was greater than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Total segmental resection and internal fixation under 3 D printing combined with digitization technology has significant effects in the treatmen
