血清视黄醇结合蛋白与急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化的关系

摘　　要：目的研究血清视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)与急性脑梗死(ACI)患者颈动脉粥样硬化的关系分析。方法选取2011年1月~2018年1月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的112例急性脑梗死患者为ACI组,另选取同时期47例体检健康者为健康对照组。ACI组患者结合颈部动脉超声检测,根据颈动脉内中膜厚度将其分为正常组、轻度颈动脉粥样硬化组和重度颈动脉粥样硬化组,根据斑形将其分为无斑块组、稳定斑块组、不稳定斑块组,比较各组血清中RBP水平。结果ACI组患者血清RBP水平明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ACI患者中重度和轻度颈动脉粥样硬化组血清RBP水平明显高于正常组,重度患者高于轻度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ACI患者中稳定斑块组和不稳定斑块组血清RBP水平明显高于无斑块组,不稳定斑块组高于稳定斑块组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ACI患者血清RBP水平明显升高,并且与颈动脉粥样硬化程度、斑块类型有关。Objective To study the relationship between serum retinol binding protein(RBP)and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 112 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to January 2018 were included in ACI group.And 47 patients with healthy physical examination at the same time period were included in control group.The patients in ACI group were combined with cervical artery ultrasound examination,and were divided into normal group,mild carotid atherosclerosis group and severe carotid atherosclerosis group according to the carotid artery intima-media thickness,and were divided into non-plaque group,stable plaque group and unstable plaque group according to the plaque shape.The level of RBP in serum of each group was compared.Results Serum RBP level in ACI group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Serum RBP level in severe and mild carotid atherosclerosis groups of ACI patients was significantly higher than that in normal group(P<0.05),and the level in severe patients was higher than that in mild patients(P<0.05).Serum RBP level in stable plaque group and unstable plaque group of ACI patients was significantly higher than that in nonplaque group(P<0.05),and the level in unstable plaque group was higher than that in stable plaque group(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum RBP level in patients with ACI is significantly increased,and it is related to the carotid atherosclerosis degree and plaque type.
