摘　　要：新时代背景下,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,必须掌握社会主义核心价值观的话语权。话语权的掌握既可以凝聚思想共识,又可以增强宣教效果,还可以有效应对现实话语危机,而话语权的丧失则意味着思想宣传阵地失守。因此,要从实施社会主义核心价值观话语权的思想教育、创新社会主义核心价值观话语权的宣传方式、强化社会主义核心价值观话语权的网络治理、拓展社会主义核心价值观话语权的世界传播等方面,加快构建社会主义核心价值观话语权,巩固社会主义核心价值观的思想宣传阵地。We must grasp the right to speak to cultivate and practice the core values of socialism in the context of the new era.This is because the right to speak can not only consolidate the ideological consensus,but also enhance the effect of mission,and can effectively respond to the actual crisis of discourse,the loss of the right to speak means that the position of ideological propaganda is lost.So,we need to improve the ideological understanding of socialist core value discourse power,innovate the way of dissemination of socialist core value discourse power,strengthen the network governance of socialist core value discourse power,and expand the world communication of socialist core value discourse to accelerating the construction of the right to speak of socialist core values and consolidate the ideological propaganda positions of socialist core values.
