摘　　要：晚期前列腺癌的治疗方法有限,因此需要寻找更多的治疗方法。溶瘤病毒治疗是一种免疫治疗方法,其可选择性地杀死肿瘤细胞、破坏肿瘤脉管系统、促进抗肿瘤免疫。目前用于前列腺癌研究的溶瘤病毒种类较多,主要包括腺病毒、单纯疱疹病毒、新城疫病毒、牛痘病毒等。众多研究结果揭示溶瘤病毒治前列腺癌的有效性及安全性,并且在联合治疗中具有协同促进的作用。因此,溶瘤病毒治疗是一种具有潜在临床应用价值的前列腺癌治疗方法。Treatment options for advanced prostate cancer are limited,so exploration for more treatments is needed.Oncolytic virus therapy is an immunotherapy method that can selectively kill tumor cells,destroy tumor vasculature,and promote anti-tumor immunity. There are many types of oncolytic viruses currently used for prostate cancer research,mainly including adenovirus,herpes simplex virus,newcastle disease virus,vaccinia virus,and so on. Numerous research results have revealed the effectiveness and safety of oncolytic virus in the treatment of prostate cancer,and have a synergistic effect in combination therapy. Therefore,oncolytic virus is a potential clinically valuable treatment for prostate cancer.
