摘　　要：为了提高我国竞技体育教练员执教能力,基于竞技体育岗位培训困境的现实诉求,以慕课理论为基础,从微课设计以及平台应用策略2个方面入手针对基于微课的混合式教学模式进行了探讨,为提升培训质量提供新思路。In order to improve the coaching ability of competitive sports coaches in China,based on the practical demands of competitive sports post-training dilemma,this paper discusses the mixed teaching mode from two aspects:micro-class design and platform application strategy,which provides new ideas for improving training quality.
