摘 要:职业技能竞赛已成为高职院校人才培养水平评估的一项重要指标,也是提升高职学生专业知识与职业技能的有效手段.对于职业院校来说,参加各类职业技能大赛的最终目的在于通过竞赛强化学生的职业技能,提高学生的综合素质,培养学生解决问题的能力,同时使学生通过竞赛主动获取知识、应用知识,挖掘学生的潜能、激发学生的创造力,促使学生自主学习.本文以陕西工商职业学院信息与智能技术学院为例探索高职院校职业技能竞赛的开展,为更好地提升学生的专业核心竞争力展现高职教育教学的特色.the Vocational Skill Competition has become an important index for the evaluation of the talent cultivation level in higher vocational colleges, and also an effective means to improve the professional knowledge and vocational skills of the students. For VocationalColleges, the ultimate goal of participating in various kinds of vocational skill competitions is to strengthen students’ vocational skillsthrough competitions, improve students’ comprehensive quality, and train students’ ability to solve problems At the same time, studentscan gain knowledge and apply knowledge actively through competition, tap students’ potential, stimulate students’ creativity, and promotestudents’ self-study. This paper takes the information and Intelligent Technology College of Shanxi Industrial and Commercial Vocational College as an example to explore the development of Vocational Skills Competition in higher vocational colleges, and to show the characteristics of higher vocational education teaching in order to promote students’ professional core competitiveness.
