摘　　要：目的调查苏州地区ICU护士对导尿管相关尿路感染的认知现状。方法采用横断面调查,应用微信问卷星发放调查问卷,调查苏州地区16家2级以上医院的240名ICU护士对导尿管相关尿路感染的认知现状。结果苏州地区240名ICU护士尿道口护理液选择主要是0.05%碘伏溶液;预防导尿管相关尿路感染的知识掌握情况较好,不足之处主要体现在导尿管相关尿路感染的治疗方法和影响因素;预防导尿管相关尿路感染依从性良好。结论苏州地区ICU护士导尿管相关尿路感染的认知能力有待进一步提高,执行预防导尿管相关尿路感染措施的依从性需要进一步观察研究。Objective To investigate the current status of ICU nurses'cognition on catheter-related urinary tract infection in Suzhou.Methods To use a cross-sectional survey and apply WeChat questionnaire stars to distribute questionnaires,and investigate the current status regarding the urinary tract infection from 240 ICU nurses in 16 hospitals of grade 2 and above in Suzhou.Results The choice of urethral orifice care solution from 240 ICU nurses in Suzhou area was mainly 0.05%iodine solution,the knowledge mastery of prevention of catheter-related urinary tract infections was better,the deficiencies were mainly reflected in the treatment methods and influencing factors of catheter-related urinary tract infection,and the prevention of catheter-related urinary tract infections had good compliance.Conclusion The cognitive ability of ICU nurses with catheter-related urinary tract infections in Suzhou area needed to be further improved,and the compliance with measures to prevent catheter-related urinary tract infections needed further observation and research.
