摘　　要：文章主要阐述了在全面推进依法治国的新形势下,作为国民经济支柱的国有企业在依法治企方面存在的短板与不足,从企业依法治企意识淡薄、资源配套不足、体系建设不全、防控措施不够等方面进行深入剖析和分析研究,提出了强化依法治企意识培养、夯实队伍建设、完善管理机制、筑牢防控体系等解决方案,从而有效提升国有企业的依法治企能力和现代化治理能力,助力国有企业高质量发展。Under the new situation of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, the state-owned enterprises, as the mainstay of the national economy, have shortcomings in the management of enterprises according to law. This paper makes an in-depth analysis and research from the aspects of weak consciousness of the management of enterprises according to law, insufficient resources, incomplete system construction and inadequate prevention and control measures, and proposes to strengthen the cultivation of the awareness of governing enterprises according to law, strengthen the construction of the team, improve the management mechanism, and strengthen the prevention and control system, so as to effectively improve the ability of governing enterprises according to law and the ability of modern governance of state-owned enterprises, and promote the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.
