摘　　要：公立医院是我国突发公共卫生事件医疗救治工作的中坚力量,如何在短时间内安全、快速、有序、有效开展医疗救治是亟待深入研究的重要课题,其中医务管理更是医疗救治工作的重要组成部分。文章介绍了苏北人民医院在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中坚持依法防控,在人员、物资、重点区域、网上诊疗、联合分院等方面采取了一系列医务管理应急措施,取得了良好效果。Public hospitals are the backbones of medical rescue and treatment during public health emergencies in China.How to start the work in a safe,rapid,orderly and efficacious manner in a short period of time is an important subject to be studied in depth,in which,medical administration plays an important role.This article introduces the countermeasures in the combat against COVID-19 epidemic in Subei People’s Hospital.The hospital has persisted in law-based epidemic prevention and control,and has adopted a series of emergency measures for medical management in personnel,materials,key areas,online diagnosis and treatment,and cooperation with branch hospitals,and achieved good results.
