摘 要:透过《天人三策》,可以发掘孔子成为“素王”源于其生前的立德、立功和立言。孔子生前学礼以知天,被人称为“圣人”,是为“立德”;他晚年专行教化,弟子多达三千,在鲁国民间形成了一个以他为中心的“德性共同体”,是为“立功”;他制作《春秋》,在董仲舒的继承下,为汉立法,是为“立言”。孔子成为“素王”对汉代政治具有重要的意义。Through the study of Three Strategies of Heaven and Man,we can find that Confucius became a“Suwang”(a person with the virtue of a king but without the power of him)because of his virtues,merits and writings.Confucius learned rituals to understand the knowledge of heaven during his lifetime,for which he was called a“sage”,and this can be considered as his developing virtues;In his later years,he specialized in education and had as many as 3,000 disciples,forming a“virtuous community”centering on him in the people of the state of Lu,and this can be considered as his performing merits;he produced the Spring and Autumn Annals,which was inherited by Dong Zhongshu to make laws for the Han Dynasty,and this can be considered as his producing writings.His becoming a“Suwang”was of great significance to the politics of the Han Dynasty.
