摘  要:本文提出了一种混合励磁直线磁悬浮同步电动机,它在数控机床进给系统中具有非常大的应用前景。与传统的带电磁铁的直线同步电动机相比,可以提高悬浮力与重量比值,降低进给系统的功耗。由于二维(2-D)有限元分析模型仅描述了电动机的中心截面,不能表达漏磁的复杂行为,本研究通过三维有限元计算可以预测漏磁随悬浮力和推力特性的变化,通过三维电磁有限元数值计算,研究了电动机的悬浮力和水平推力特性,验证电动机的有效性。In this paper,a hybrid excitation linear magnetic levitation synchronous motor was proposed,which had a very large application prospect in the CNC machine feed system.Compared with the conventional linear synchronous motor with electromagnet,the suspension force to weight ratio can be increased,and the power consumption of the feed platform can be reduced.Since the two-dimensional(2-D)finite element analysis model only described the central section of the physical device and cannot express the complex behavior of magnetic flux leakage,this study can predict the variation of the magnetic flux leakage with the levitation force and thrust characteristics through three-dimensional finite element calculation.The three-dimensional electromagnetic finite element numerical calculation is used to study the suspension force and horizontal thrust characteristics of the motor.The effectiveness of the motor is verified by a three-dimensional finite element method.
