摘　　要：《药物合成反应》是制药工程专业重要的专业基础课,课程内容庞杂,知识覆盖面宽,学生普遍反映学习难度较大。本文从《药物合成反应》的课程特点和学生的学科基础出发,在课前教学辅导、教学内容、教学模式、考核评价体系等方面对课程教学进行了改革,以期提高教学质量。Drug synthesis reaction is an important basic course of pharmaceutical engineering major.The content of the course is huge and complex,and the knowledge coverage is wide,so students generally feel difficult to learn.This paper reports the teaching reformed from the pre-class teaching guidance,teaching content,teaching methods and evaluation system based on the characteristics of the course“drug synthesis reaction”and the subject basis of students to improve the teaching quality.
