超声引导下穿刺活检与常规超声检查在乳腺癌诊断价值的分析

摘　　要：目的超声引导下穿刺活检与常规超声检查在乳腺癌诊断价值的分析。方法将我院50例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均来自于我院2018年1月~2019年1月,按照两组患者诊断方式的不同分成对照组和观察组,每组各25例,对照组进行常规检查,观察组进行超声引导下穿刺活检,对比两组诊断结果。结果观察组患者乳腺癌诊断准确度、敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值相比较于对照组患者而言,均要高的多,组间比较P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论相比较于常规超声检查乳腺癌患者而言,超声引导下穿刺活检检查效果更佳,其诊断率、敏感度、特异度等多方面均优于常规检查。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy and conventional ultrasound in breast cancer.Methods 50 cases of breast cancer in our hospital were studied.All patients were from January 2018 to January 2019.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the different diagnostic methods of the two groups.Each group had 25 cases.The control group underwent routine examination,while the observation group underwent ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy,and the diagnostic results were compared between the two groups.Fruit.Results The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of breast cancer in the observation group were much higher than those in the control group,and the comparison between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy is more effective than routine ultrasound in breast cancer patients,and its diagnostic rate,sensitivity and specificity are better than routine ultrasound.
