白内障超声乳化联合两种不同房角分离术治疗原发性急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析于原发性急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者中应用白内障超声乳化联合两种不同房角分离术的疗效。方法选取我院2017年2月2018年12月选择100例随机均匀分为对照组和观察组,各50例,观察组采用白内障超声乳化联合撕囊前房角粘连分离术,对照组采用白内障超声乳化联合皮质吸除后房角粘连分离术。结果观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,对照组与观察组患者的并发症发生率分别为8.00%、0.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障超声乳化联合两种不同房角分离术均可取得较好的治疗效果,但应用白内障超声乳化联合撕囊前房角粘连分离术时安全性更高。Objective To analyze the efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with two different atrial Angle separations in patients with primary acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods From July 2012 to December 2012,100 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The observation group received cataract phacoemulsification combined with anterior capsulorrsion Angle adhesion separation,and the control group received cataract phacoemulsification combined with cortical suction posterior atrial Angle adhesion separation.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the control group and the observation group were 8.00%and 0.00%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Cataract phacoemulsification combined with two different separation of atrial Angle can achieve good therapeutic effect,but the application of cataract phacoemulsification combined with anterior capsulorectomy adhesion separation of atrial Angle is safer.
