摘  要:结合染色体荧光原位杂交和小麦15 K育种芯片杂交技术,对黄淮南片麦区的主导新品种百农207及其双亲百农64和周麦16,以及10个姊妹系的染色体和基因组构成进行了分析。结果显示:百农64对百农207基因组的贡献率为55.3%,周麦16的贡献率为40.7%,并且百农207具有64个新位点或重组位点。此外,在参试材料中检测到9种染色体变异类型,其中5种来自百农64,4种来自周麦16或由双亲染色体重组而产生。结合荧光原位杂交和双亲差异SNP位点重组分析,将6B染色体臂间倒位区段初步定位在短臂50.1 Mb到长臂475.5 Mb之间,5A染色体长臂上的重复序列区段定位在66.1 Mb。Chromosomal and genomic compositions of BN207,a new dominant wheat variety in the southern region of Huang-Huai river valley wheat zone,and its parents BN64 and ZM16,as well as ten sister lines were analyzed through an integrated analysis using fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH)and wheat 15 K SNP array.The results showed that 55.3%and 40.7%of the genome of BN207 were contributed by BN64 and ZM16 respectively,and other 64 loci were novel or recombined in BN207.Besides,a total of nine chromosomal variation types were detected in all tested lines,including five from BN64,four from ZM16 or from the recombination of parents′chromosomes.By integration of FISH and SNP loci recombination analyses,the region of the pericentric inversion of chromosome 6B was physically mapped in the interval of 50.1 Mb at short arm to 475.5 Mb at the long arm,and the large tandem repeat sequence block at the long arm of 5A being located to a region of 66.1 Mb.
