摘　　要：以承德医学院附属医院为例,概述了传统后勤管理体制的现存问题,从人才培养、考核机制和文化建设3个方面阐述了后勤人力资源管理的改进措施,提出了公立医院的后勤部门在社会化改革进程中做好人力资源管理的相关建议。The article takes the affiliated hospital of Chengde Medical College as an example, and summarizes the existing problems of the traditional logistics management system. It elaborates the improvement measures of logistics human resource management from three aspects: personnel training, assessment mechanism and cultural construction, and puts forward recommendations on the human resource management of public hospitals in the process of social reform.
