摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展逐步成熟,信息系统在管理中的应用越来越广泛,在这样的环境下,测绘监理信息的管理和即时共享也受到了极大的挑战。想要高效地把测绘监理信息组织起来,就必须结合其自身的特点建立与之适应的网络信息系统。文中介绍了利用PHP开发语言自上而下地开发一个网络测绘监理信息系统的过程,主要涵盖监理信息系统的系统设计部分,着重介绍系统功能设计和数据库设计及代码设计以及系统实现部分,并说明几个主要模块算法。As the information technology was increasingly developed, the information system was widely applied in different fields of management, in such an environment, the management and instant sharing of surveying and mapping supervision information had also been greatly challenged. To effectively integrate the surveying and mapping information, it was essential to establish the network information system, which facilitates the communication and sharing between the administrator and user, with the features of that specific information considered. In this paper, the process of developing a network surveying and mapping supervision information system was described from top to bottom using the PHP development language. It mainly covered the system design part of the supervision information system. System function design, database design, code design, and system implementation were introduced, and the algorithms of major modules were illustrated.
