摘　　要：Wernicke脑病(Wernicke′s encephalopathy,WE)是维生素B1缺乏导致的中枢神经系统营养障碍性疾病,可导致严重神经功能缺失甚至危及生命。1881年由Carl首先报道WE,1940年由Campbell和Russell提出其诱因是维生素B1缺乏。其特征是突然发生意识改变,眼肌麻痹和共济失调。然而,这种经典的临床三联征仅在小部分病例中出现,加之临床医师对该病的认识不足等,经常被漏诊甚至误诊。本文将近年来WE的相关研究进行综述,以期提高对该病的认识。Wernicke′s encephalopathy(WE) is a nutritional disorder of the central nervous system caused by vitamin B1′s deficiency,which can lead to severe neurological deficiency and even endanger our lives.In 1881,Carl first reported WE,and in 1940,Campbell and Russell suggested that its cause was the deficiency of vitamin B1.The clinical features are sudden disturbance of consciousness,ophthalmoplegia and ataxia.Because the typical clinical triad only appear in fewer cases,and there is a lack of awareness of the disease by clinicians,it is often missed or even misdiagnosed.The purpose of this review is to summarize the researches on WE in recent years to highlight the knowledge of WE.
