摘 要:针对双馈异步风力发电机(DFIG)系统中机侧PNC型三电平逆变器的某桥臂发生故障时,提出了一种三相八开关容错逆变器(TPESFTI)控制策略,并给出了其拓扑结构和输出电压模型;考虑TPESFTI中母线电压分压不均衡等问题,研究分析直流侧电容电压不平衡的原因,给出了其相应的不平衡电压动态模型,并利用有限控制集模型预测控制(FCS-MPC)中目标函数的非线性约束项来抑制母线电容分压不均衡对系统的不利影响;同时为了提高FCS-MPC策略的性能,提出了基于滑模控制的FCS-MPC策略。仿真结果表明,该方法不仅能够确保DFIG系统稳定运行,并且能对母线电容电压不平衡进行有效抑制,同时具有良好的动态性能和较强的抗负载能力,进一步验证该控制策略的可靠性和有效性。A three phases eight-switch fault-tolerant inverter(TPESFTI)control strategy was proposed at the single bridge arm fault of NPC three-level inverters in doubly fedinduction motor(DFIG)drive system,and its topology and output voltage model were constructed.Considering the unbalanced bus voltage distribution in TPESFTI,the causes of unbalanced DC capacitor voltage were studied and analyzed,and the corresponding dynamic model of unbalanced voltage was given.The non-linear constraints of the objective function in finite control set model predictive direct control(FCS-MPC)were used to suppress the adverse effects of unbalanced bus capacitor voltage dividing on the system.An FCS-MPC strategy based on sliding mode control was proposed in order to improve the performance of the FCS-MPC strategy.The simulation results show that the control strategy can not only ensure the stable and reliable operation of TPESFTI drive DFIG system,but also effectively restrain the influence of unbalanced bus capacitor voltage distribution on the system,and has good dynamic performance and strong anti-load capacity,so as to further verify the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
