摘　　要：探讨《中华人民共和国人类遗传资源管理条例》颁布以来医疗机构的人类遗传资源保藏活动。介绍北京友谊医院在推进院级样本库管理的一些设想和陆续开展的工作,包括组织管理、制度建设、技术提升、信息安全和管理、应用与共享策略等方面,以期通过标准化和规范化的强化管理,确保人类遗传资源的合法获得和使用,保障未来更好地支撑科学研究及相关开发活动。This article discusses the thoughts on biobanking of human genetic resources since the promulgation of the regulations on human genetic resources management of the People’s Republic of China,and introduces some ideas and successive works of the medical institution where the author works in promoting the management of hospital-level biobank,including structure and personnel,management system and technology enhancement,information security and management,application and sharing strategies,etc.It is hoped that through strengthening standardized management,we could ensure the legal acquisition and usage of human genetic resources,so as to better support scientific research and related development activities in the future.
