摘 要:环节动物多毛纲是大型底栖生物重要类群,对其生物多样性和区系分类的研究,有助于分析人类活动和全球气候变化对生物的影响。之前我国底栖多毛类的多样性研究主要集中在黄海等局部海域。现系统整理渤海、黄海、东海和南海(未包含三沙海域)底栖多毛类的物种名录,并计算了分类多样性指数和相似性系数。结果表明,平均分类差异指数(Δ+)东海最高,达93.23;渤海最低,为90.56。而分类差异变异指数(Λ+)渤海最高,达277.83;东海最低,仅210.45。科级和种级的相似性系数表明,科级水平上4个海域间的相似性均较高,种级水平上渤海和黄海的相似性最高,达0.486;渤海和南海的相似性最低,仅0.128,表明4个海域的底栖多毛类有明显的区系分类差异。通过分析底栖多毛类生物在中国近海的分类多样性差异,初步探讨中国海底栖多毛类的动物区系,以期加深对我国底栖多毛类多样性的认识,为中国海多毛类的多样性研究提供科学依据。Polychaeta is the main group of macrobenthos.The research on its biodiversity and classification is very important for understanding the biological impacts of human activities and global climate change.The polychaetes biodiversity researches in China Sea have been mainly concentrated on local area such as the Yellow Sea.The taxonomic diversity and similarity index of benthic polychaetes in China seas were quantitatively analyzed in this study.The species list of benthic Polychaeta in China seas(the Bohai Sea,the Yellow Sea,the East China Sea and the South China Sea)were compiled,and the taxonomic diversity and similarity index in the family and species levels were calculated in this paper.The results revealed that the East China Sea has the maximum average taxonomic variation coefficient(93.23),while the minimum was the Bohai Sea(90.56).The maximum taxonomic difference variation coefficient was calculated for the Bohai Sea(277.83)and minimum for the East China Sea(210.45).The similarity index on family lever of four China seas was higher,but on species level was the highest between the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea(0.486)and the lowest between the Bohai Sea and the South China Sea(0.128).This result indicated that there were obvious zonal classification difference in benthic polychaetes biota in four China seas and this study provided a scientific basis for polychate diversity research in China.
