棒料双头同步智能倒角机的控制系统设计

摘　　要：在棒料精细加工生产过程中,为去除棒料端部的毛刺、凸起及飞边,设计一种双头同步倒角机。该设备以西门子PLC 1214C为控制中心,通过工业以太网与G120变频器进行通信,控制工件双侧主轴铣刀的旋转速度;通过与V90 PN伺服驱动系统通信,控制双向丝杠的转动角度与速度,进而控制双侧倒角装置的反向同步移动进行倒角加工;通过安装在料仓工位两侧的光电开关检测工件是否到位,如果到位触发送料气缸动作,开启棒料倒角加工。采用西门子TP700 Comfort人机界面与PLC通过工业以太网双向通信,对系统参数进行设置,并在界面显示设备当前工作的状态。A double-head synchronous chamfering machine was designed to remove burrs,bulges and flanks from the end of bar rod in the fine machining process.In the facility,Siemens PLC 1214C was adopted as the control center to conduct communication with G120 inverter through PROFINET to control the spin speed of the workpiece’s two spindle milling cutters.The two-way guide screw’s rotation angle and speed were controlled through communication with the servo drive system,and then the synchronous reverse movements of the double egde chamfer facility was controlled to chamfer.The machine could check whether the workpieces are in place or not by the photoelectric switches installed on the two sides of the storage station.If everything was in the right place,the supply cylinder worked to begin the chamfer processing of bar rod.TP700 Comfort human-machine interface was adopted to conduct the two-way communications with PLC through PROFINET to set parameters for the system and perform the facility’s working state on the interface.
