摘　　要：研究3+8×0. 23ST钢丝帘线在半钢轻型载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明,采用3+8×0. 23ST钢丝帘线替代4+3×0. 35HT或2+7×0. 28HT钢丝帘线用于半钢轻型载重子午线轮胎带束层,可以保证轮胎强度,减小轮胎滚动阻力,提高轮胎耐久性能,同时可减小带束层材料消耗量和轮胎质量,实现轮胎轻量化。The application of 3+8×0. 23 ST steel cord in the belt of steel-belted light truck radial tire was studied. The results showed that,by using 3 + 8×0. 23 ST steel cord instead of 4 + 3×0. 35 HT or 2 +7×0. 28 HT steel cord in the belt of steel-belted light truck radial tire,the tire strength was ensured,the tire rolling resistance was reduced,the durability of tire was improved,and the lightweight of tire was achieved with reduced material consumption of belt.
