摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢非特异性类固醇细胞瘤的临床病理特征及病理诊断。方法收集2例卵巢非特异性类固醇细胞瘤,进行组织学、免疫组化染色观察,并复习文献,讨论其临床、病理学特征、治疗和预后。结果肿瘤多发生于育龄妇女,临床最常见的症状是渐进性男性化,切面从浅黄色到棕红色,分叶状,界限清楚,质软,组织学上瘤细胞呈圆形或多边形,细胞质较丰富,嗜酸性颗粒状或透明空泡状,肿瘤间质为丰富窦状薄壁血管。免疫组化染色显示肿瘤细胞α-inhibin、Calretinin、MelanA、CD99(+)。此肿瘤的生物学行为与肿瘤大小、核异性程度、核分裂象多少、出血、坏死等有关。结论卵巢非特异性类固醇细胞瘤是少见的性索间质肿瘤,诊断及鉴别诊断需要结合临床表现、病理形态、免疫组化标记。Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic features and pathological diagnosis of ovarian steroid cell tumor,not otherwise specified(NOS).Methods The clinical pathologic,immunohistochemical findings of 2 cases of ovarian steroid cell tumor were retrospectively analyzed and all the literatures were reviewed.Results The neoplasms were more common in women of child-bearing age.The most common clinical symptom was progressive masculinity.The tumor was lobulated and varied in color from pale yellow to brownish red.It was soft and well defined.Histologically,tumor cells were round or polygonal with abundant cytoplasm,eosinophilic granule or clear vesicular,and abundant sinusoid parenchyma,The tumor stroma was rich in thin sinus-like vessels.The immunohistochemical staining showed thatα-inhibin,calretinin,Melan A and CD99 were positive in tumor cells.The biological behavior of the tumor was related to tumor size,nuclear atypia,mitotic figure,hemorrhage and necrosis.Conclusions Ovarian steroid cell tumors are rare sex cord-stromal tumors of the ovary;Correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis can be achieved with combined information of clinical manifestations,pathological morphology,immunohistochemical manifestation if necessarily.
